Who do we deliver to?
Diplomat Catering provides delivery service throughout the territory of the Republic of Albania.
When do we deliver?
Our service is offered from Monday to Friday from 11am to 23am.
When can I expect the food to arrive?
We will arrive at least 30 minutes before the meeting begins and set-up the catering for your event.
How does it work?
Start by determine your needs and then give us a call or send us an email at info@diplomatcatering.al. We will ask questions such as the day and time of your event, number of guests and budget. At that point we will help point you in the right direction with your menu and schedule you into our calendar.
How do you order?
Call us on the number. We are available to take your call Monday-Sunday from 8am to 20:00pm. You can also send us your request to the e-mail address.
How much advance notice do we need?
The food we serve is made with fresh ingredients therefore we request a 48 hour notice for all orders.
How does billing work?
At the moment of confirmation a deposit of 30% is left and the remaining part is paid at the end of the service.
When do we get the equipment?

We get the equipment at the end of the event. If your meeting lasts until 5 o’clock in the morning, we will schedule a pick up for the next day.
